Refund policy
Returns must be initiated within 3 working days of delivery.
Item condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags. Product above 10% discount not eligible for refund
Pickup: Pickup will be scheduled within 3 working days from the return request.
Pickup fee: A pickup fee of Rs 200 will be charged at pickup; if a refund is issued, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund method: Refunds will be issued via the customer’s UPI details after the package is received and verified.
Total duration: The entire process is approximately 12–14 working days from pickup to refund.
Exclusions: 🚫 Padded items are not eligible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and create a video of faulty items. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
Exchange requests are eligible only within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Item condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
(order number/invoice) is required.
How to initiate
Submit an exchange request within the 3 working-day window via our support channel (Call/Email/WhatsApp) with your order number and the size/color you want.
Reverse pickup and fee:
A reverse-pickup fee of Rs 200 will be charged to the customer per exchange request.
Replacement shipping timelines:
For standard items, the replacement product will be shipped within 10-12 working days from the time your exchange is approved/registered.
For sportswear: the replacement product will be shipped within 14-18 working days from the time your exchange is approved/registered.
Stock availability:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives.
Quality check:
If the returned item fails quality checks (used, damaged, or missing tags/packaging), the exchange may be declined, and the item returned to you.
Note: “Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your replacement ships.
