GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Safe and reliable courier companies like DTDC and BlueDart cater to orders placed in India. We offer free shipping in India.

PAYMENT TERMS:

We offer safe and secure credit, debit, and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

TAXES:

All prices include GST as per the applicable by Govt of India.

DELIVERY TIME:

We try to ship our pieces to you within 12-14 working days. However, the shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products would be longer and we will keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. We don't do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer. There is a flat Rs. 1800 shipping charge regardless of the weight and destination.
  2. You can directly place an international order on the website. Should you face any issues, please write to us at info@wearfitmentor.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9319753502.
  3. In case any issues arise, we will share a custom payment link, and once the payment is confirmed subsequently the package will be shipped to its final international destination.
  4. We try to ship our Fit Mentor pieces to you within 15-18 working days.
  5. The shipping time for customized orders and out-of-stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post-ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners.
  6. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
